The second stage, the Earning phase, is where we begin to apply everything we have learned. I like to think it is the time we find fame, fortune and family and become mature.
It's a time of building, both personally and professionally. During this phase, we typically establish careers, form long lasting relationships, and build families.
We focus on contributing to society through our work and personal endeavors, developing expertise in our chosen fields and growing into our roles within our communities.
This is often the most productive time of our life in terms of achievement. It's when we refine our skills and make significant strides in realizing our potential.
We also take on more responsibilities, from managing careers, nurturing relationships and raising children. The maturity phase is characterized by personal and professional growth, stability and the deepening of our life’s purpose.
It is during this time that we have that we hone the values and lessons from our earlier years and put them into practice. Maturity is also about-facing challenges and finding balance.
This may stage may involve setbacks, but it's through these experiences that we build resilience. By navigating the complexities of life, we come to better understand ourselves in the world allowing us to step into leadership roles and mentor others.
